Finanziaria con risvolti
Fino a qualche anno fa la discussione sulla legge finanziaria si chiamava “assalto alla diligenza” perchè era l’occasione per tutti di inserire provvedimenti di spesa (inutile)ma richiesti dai mille “particulare” con cui è fatto il popolo italiano. Quindi che il governo blindi la finanziaria chiedendo voti di fiducia a raffica non solo non dovrebbe stupire ma,anzi, in qualche modo dovrebbe rappresentare il tentativo di spendere meno. Ma ( mi dispiace per voi) le cose non stanno così.Chi avesse la pazienza di andarsi a sfogliare il voluminoso fascicolo troverebbe ( oltre ai consueti benefici per i coltivatori del mirtillo nano o per i raccoglitori di saggina o per l’ampliamento del museo del ciufolo)uno stanziamento per restauro e ripristino della Certosa. Di Pavia direte voi. Errore. Si tratta infatti di una cifra cospicua per “villa Certosa”, proprietà privata del Premier, mantenuta e restaurata(?) a spese dei contribuenti. E questo voi come lo chiamereste se non “assalto alla diligenza”?
