Lo sgarbo di Harry Potter

Dopo l’approvazione del proporzionale, maggioranza e governo hanno approvato da pochi minuti ache la cosidetta “devoluzione”. Siamo alla Camera e la prima notizia clamorosa, come un colpo di magia, l’ha data proprio lui, l’Harry Potter dimissionario: Marco Follini. L’ex segretario Udc ha detto che si è astenuto sulla riforma tanto desiderata dai leghisti. Un ultimo sgarbo all’odiato alleato del Nord? In realtà Follini non digerisce il metodo dello strappo con il centrosinistra (anche per questo ha lasciato dopo l’approvazione delle nuove regole sul voto) e nel merito non ha mai apprezzato le norme sul premierato. Lo vede in contrasto con la nuova legge elettorale che invece rimette al centro i partiti (che senso ha dare poteri forti al capo del governo se la sua investitura non è diretta e risulta mitigata dalle prerogative del capo dello Stato, prerogative salvate in extremis nel testo della legge elettorale?). Ad evidenziare la discrasia tra le due riforme ci ha pensato pure il fedelissimo Bruno Tabacci, subito rassicurato dall’aennino Nuccio Carrara. C’è ora da capire che significato avrà l’astensione di Follini tra i suoi in quel che resta della legislatura. Sembra poca, considerato che l’ascendente di Casini tra i banchi dei parlamentari Udc è di gran lunga prevalente. Eppure auscultando gli umori del partito, il malcontento non è nemmeno troppo strisciante. “Fini ha fatto lo yesman sul proporzionale – si dice a via dei Due Macelli – E noi abbiamo fatto la stessa fine su questa riforma federale. Marco fa bene a pensare già al dopo-Berlusconi. Speriamo che quel momento arrivi presto. Allora sì che Marco tornerà in pista alla grande”.

    Ma di cosa stiamo parlando?
    In politica si dice, astensione=voto favorevole.
    Follini non ha nessuna intenzione di lasciare il padrone per razzolare intorno al cassonetto del centrosinistra.
    E poi lasciatemi esprimere il più profondo disgusto, per i parlamentari eletti al Sud e che hanno votato la Devoluzione, mai tanto appropriato fu un termine.

    Ricordo che un’astensione come quella di Follini ha un pesante significato simbolico di contestazione che va al di là dei numeri. Inoltre l’astensione, a differenza del non voto, alza il quorum. Dunque anche tecnicamente non può essere equiparata a un voto favorevole.

    Stiamo parlando di Follini.
    Senza batter ciglio ha votato tutte, e dico tutte, le leggi ad personam et ad aziendam.
    Le leggi più disgustose di tutto il mondo occidentale, nessun parlamento europeo avrebbe avuto il coraggio di votare a maggioranza queste brutture.
    Ed ora, per una minima ed insignificante astensione dobbiamo assolvere?
    Le assoluzioni Follini le deve chiedere al suo parroco di fiducia, non al popolo italiano.

    Infatti non va assolto…assolutamente. Però almeno a un certo punto (anche se tardi) ha avuto la dignità di tirarsi fuori. Di questi tempi ogni gesto di dimissioni dovrebbe essere visto come una pozza d’acqua nel Kalahari…sia benedetto!
